Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily bookkeeping and reports
  • Check daily invoices and sales chits according to policy
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliation
  • Use MS Excel to streamline different type of reports from database
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as necessary

 

Requirements

  • Certificate or above in Accounting
  • A minimum of 1 - 2 years relevant experience, preferably in club or hotel industry
  • Self-initiated, independent, detail-minded with attention to accuracy
  • A team player with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Macros is a must
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Require to report duty occasionally on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday for certain Club’s events
