Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead the accounting team in Dongguan factory
• Handle full sets of manufacturing accounts
• Supervise the daily account and finance operations, including taxation issues, cost control, cash flows and budgeting
• Collect and summarize data for management reports
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting operations
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or above
• At least 5 years’ relevant work experience in PRC manufacturing industry which at least 2 years in supervisory level
• Good knowledge in PRC Tax, Customs and Accounting practices
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese typing
• Proficient in ERP and Peachtree accounting software
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and with good communication skills.
• Station in Dongguan for 3-4 working days per week (Day Trip)
• Immediate available is preferable
