Job Description/工作职责:

? Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with global policies when and where applicable. 建立

会计政策和流程，与全球的政策保持一致。

? General Ledger accounts reconciliations and analysis (G/L postings, month end reconciliations, accruals,

etc.). 总账的对账和分析（总账凭证，月末对账，预提，等）。

? Manage and perform activities for the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closings and preparation of

accurate and timely financial statement. 负责月度、季度和年度的财务结算，并准确且及时的准备财务

报表。

? Complete quarter and year-end reports for corporate. 按时完成总部的季度及年度报表。

? Recommend new procedures to drive more efficient accounting operations. 提出新的流程来提高会计工

作的效率。

? Review cash & banking report, weekly payment approval and prepare cash flow forecast. 检查审阅现金和

银行余额调节表，付款授权并准备现金流量预测。

? Support internal/external financial audit and statutory audit. 支持公司内部/外部的财务审计和法定审计

工作。

? Supervise Accounts Payable function and associated reporting. 管理应付帐款和相关报表。

? Supervise the Accounts Receivable function and associated reporting. 管理应收账款及其相应的报告。

? Supervise the Cashier function and associated reporting. 管理出纳及其相应的报表。

? Supervise related tax issues (VAT, business tax, income tax etc.). 管理相关税务事务（增值税，营业税，

所得税等）。

? Responsible and supervise the T&E function. 负责和管理差旅报销。

? Responsible for SOX controls within the accounting department. 负责会计部门的 SOX 控制。

? P&L & Costing analysis 利润和成本分析。

? Coordinate with SAP consultant for SAP problem solving. SAP 相关事务协调。

? Other tasks assigned from Financical Controller. 其他由财务总监分配的任务。

Requirement/要求:

? Bachelor degree or above in Finance / Accounting, CPA /ACCA / Intermediate certificate in accounting is

preferred; 本科或以上学历，金融或会计专业，具备 CPA 或 ACCA 或会计中级证书的优先考虑

? Be knowledgable of PRC and US compliance related topics and issues. 熟悉中国和美国在合规方面的要求

和潜在问题。

? At least 5 years of relevant work experience as an accountant including 2 years as Sr G/L accountant and 2

years as cost accountant, or had experience of supervising cost accountant ; 5 年以上会计相关的工作经

验，包括 2 年的高级总账会计和 2 年成本会计经验，或曾经领导过成本会计。

? Multinational / US based company experience is a must with the ability to communicate and take direction from corporate as needed. 必须具备跨国企业/美资企业工作工作经验，并能和总部保持良好的沟通。

? Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX404, SAP is a plus; 具备美国一般公认会计原则（GAAP），SOX404 的相关知

识，具有 SAP 经验的优先考虑

? Good English language ability 良好的英语能力

? Proactive, team player, and be able to work under time pressure and meet deadlines consistently; 做事积
