• Keep
  update financial policies and procedures to ensure optimal internal
  control. Monitor and enforce the execution by cultivating strong cross
  function working relationships.
• Drive
  month end close process across all legal entities and business
  functions.
• Ensure
  statutory and group consolidated reports, as well as Balance Sheet
  analysis are timely and accurately prepared and reviewed.
• Oversee
  cash forecast to ensure clear cash position.
• Leads
  internal and external financial audits, keep update with IFRS.
• Drive
  clear chart of accounts and cost structure to enable better understanding
  of margin and business profitability in various level of granularity.
• Lead
  and keep developing a team of over 20 staff.

Requirements

• 10+ year working expeirences with at least
  3 year experiences in finance director role.
• Knowledge of local accounting standard and IFRS, use of ERP system
• Good understanding of business and fluent in budget, control,
  and business support
• Solid knowledge on accounting, taxation, treasury and audit
• Fluent in English and familiar with
  international reporting
• Strong communication skills with business leaders and other stakeholders

Experience in audit firm, and
CPA/ACCA qualified is preferred.
