Accounting Officer (Ref: 20000VY)

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:

• Assisting the manager to provide system support on Oracle Financials, HRMS and other ERP systems;
• Coordinating the teams for system enhancement and process improvement;
• Participating in the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Test and training; and
• Performing any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Applicants are expected to possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

• Recognized degree in Accounting or relevant disciplines with at least 2 years of relevant experience;
• Experience in implementation of accounting system and/or other ERP systems will be an advantage;
• Hands-on skills in Oracle Financials, HRMS and/or other ERP systems is preferable;
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Logical mind with service mindset, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and meticulousness;
• Strong system sense and computer skills e.g. MS Excel, MS Word and MS Access; and
• Proficient in both English & Chinese.

Candidates may be invited to attend a trade/written test.

Compensation Package

Competitive compensation package including basic salary, end-of-contract gratuity and discretionary incentive (if any) will be offered to the right candidate.
