Being a reputable recreation club established in 1930s, Kowloon Tong Club is seeking a high calibre candidate for the position.

Major responsibilities

• Taking charge of a team of accounting staff to perform daily accounting duties

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end accounting records

• Prepare sales and facilities usage reports and analysis

• Prepare financial & management reports, forecast and analysis reports for management review

• Budgeting and cash flow projection

• Responsible for year-end closing, prepare audit schedules and handle taxation matters and assist in publishing of annual report

• Company secretarial duties

• Participate in accounting system implementation and enhancement; and other ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in accounting, finance OR members in recognized professional institutes

• Minimum 5 years’ related working experience

• Previous working experience in club or hotel industry is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computerized accounting system, and well-versed in POS. Hand-on experience on Aspen and Infrasys system will surly be an advantage

• Independent, pro-active, self-motivated and detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility and good communication skill

• Immediate available is preferred
