JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Report directly to the Director in overseeing accounting department
• Responsible for daily operations and provide timely and accurate reporting
• Responsible for preparation of monthly and yearly finance / management reporting
• Liaise with various departments and internal parties to facilitate daily operations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards to meet all legal requirement, and tax compliance in all jurisdictions
• Coordinate with auditors on annual audit and taxation issues
• Assist to formulate and enhance the financial procedures to cope with the operational needs of the service
• To drive the operation improvement and strengthen the internal controls
• To perform other ad-hoc duties and assignments when required
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines, CPA qualified is preferred
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in Accounting or Auditing
• Experience in manufacturers, handling PRC operations and taxation issues will be an advantage
• Expert in financial reporting, accounts consolidation, cash flow management and financial analysis
• Be attentive to details and able to work independently, well organized, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and analytical mind
• A positive attitude, detail-minded, solution-oriented and be able to manage a team effectively
• Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skill to interact with all levels, both external & internal
• Extremely numerate, proficiency with Excel / MS word / PowerPoint / Outlook skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
