Job Responsibilities 岗位职责：

1. Manage all aspects of accounting operations for the two China offices of Juvo Plus: accounts payable, cash management, inter-company activities, audit coordination/management, taxes, monthly closes, payroll, etc.

2. Preparation of tax calculation and liaise with tax consultants and Tax Bureau;

3. Responsible for completing the month end close in a timely manner.

4. Responsible for reconciling all key general ledger accounts.

5. Maintain two set of books: China statutory books and US GAAP books. Previous US GAAP experience is not a requirement but need to learn quickly on the job.

6. Responsible for creating or modifying accounting processes to improve accounting team efficiency.

7. Set up processes to ensure that proper internal controls are in place.

8. Accounting professional who will be able to adapt quickly in a rapidly growing company.

9. Key finance employee for the China operations. Provide finance support for various ad hoc projects.

Qualifications: 任职要求:

More than 8 years relevant accounting experience, highly advantageous if from an E-commerce environment;

A degree in accounting, business or economics disciplines;

Strong English skills is an essential;

Highly effective leadership skills;

Multi-tasked, flexible and self-starter with hands on approach; and effective problem solving skills.

Time Management: Ability to plan and prioritize in order to meet deadlines. Submit reports in a timely manner;

Communication: Highly effective verbal and written communication skills;

Leadership: Positive coaching and motivational skills. Exhibit and model professional leadership behaviors;

Decision Making: Considers risks and consequences of decisions, considers broader business implications to decisions;

Team Work: Encourage teamwork and cooperation. Work in partnership with peers; take an active interest in total business.
