Position: Accounting Manager

Location: Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for monthly financial reporting, group consolidation and cash flow

analysis, working capital and treasury management, tax returns, forecast and annual

budgeting

• Supervise and provide guidance to subordinates on finance/accounting work in local and

overseas

• Conduct periodic reviews to the books and records of the regional offices

• Provide effective and accurate accounting information and drive AR collection in a timely

basis

• Participate in annual report and interim report preparation

• Implement continuous process improvement in accounting policies and internal control

procedures

• Assist in ad hoc accounting and finance assignments as requested
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

• Qualified accountant with HKCPA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent

• Familiar with Listing Rules and latest accounting standards

• With audit experience is a plus

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in managerial role

• High level of integrity and with strong concept in internal control and risk management

• Independent, sound analytical mind and with good problem solving abilities

• High language proficiency - English, Chinese and Mandarin

• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager
