IHKSports is seeking a talented individual as our Accounting Clerk (Part-Time) who are able to handle general accounting duties, prepare paperwork and document related to office accounting, assist in bookkeeping and data entry with comprehensive knowledge of MYOB system.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
• Responsible for day to day accounting duties
• Assist in half-yearly end closing and reporting
• Handling in account data entry
• Updating paperwork and maintaining documents related to account
• Performing general office clerk duties and errands when necessary
• Handle daily accounting duties including bookkeeping and invoicing
Job Requirement
• Knowledge of MYOB Accounting system is required
• Form 5 or above or Diploma in Accouting
• Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word-processing)
• Can work at least 2 days per week
• Immediately available is preferable
