Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts of various companies & including inter-company transactions
• Assist preparation of cash flows statements, forecasts, monthly reports and analyses for management purposes
• Assist in preparation of finance presentation
• Liaise with auditors and tax authorities on audit and tax issues 
• Assist in ad hoc assignments

 Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Accounting
• At least 2 years working experience in accounting
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese & Mandarin
• Competent in Excel,, PowerPoint and Word,
• Sound knowledge of using accounting software MYOB is a must
• Good analytical, self-motivated and work independently
• General filing, data input, office support and outdoor duties, including document collection and delivery, bank payments etc
• able to work under pressure and overtime
• Immediate available is highly preferred
