In this position, you will:
Assist in month-end closing
Prepare and review reports, reconciliations and schedules
Support daily operations on the fixed assets area
Co-ordinate with business users on projects and accounting issues
Arrange and coordinate stocktaking and inspection of fixed assets
Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines
Over 5 years relevant working experience, prior fixed asset accounting experience will be an advantage
Proactive, independent, persistent and able to work under pressure to meet deadline
Good knowledge in MS Excel/ Word, Macro / MS Access preferred
Experience in using Oracle is an advantage
Experience in supervising and providing guidance to junior staff
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
