Department: Asset Management

In this position, you will:

• Assist in month-end closing
• Prepare and review reports, reconciliations and schedules
• Support daily operations on the fixed assets area
• Co-ordinate with business users on projects and accounting issues
• Arrange and coordinate stocktaking and inspection of fixed assets
• Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines
• Over 5 years relevant working experience, prior fixed asset accounting experience will be an advantage
• Proactive, independent, persistent and able to work under pressure to meet deadline
• Good knowledge in MS Excel/ Word, Macro / MS Access preferred
• Experience in using Oracle is an advantage
• Experience in supervising and providing guidance to junior staff
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
