Duties

Coordinate with other finance teams for financial reporting and management reporting;

Prepare monthly management reports such as Division profit and loss report, profit and loss by contract analysis and any other ad hoc reports;

Prepare variance analysis, reconciliation, reports and schedules on a timely basis;

Compliance with statutory, regulatory and shareholder reporting requirements;

Supervise a team to carry out accounts payable, fixed asset management, general ledger, etc.;

To assist in ERP system implementation and enhancement;

Perform other duties and projects as assigned; and

Liaise with various parties to facilitate all kinds of financial related duties.

The Requirements

Qualified professional accountant;

At least 2 years’ accounting experience (degree holder), or at least 4 years accounting experience without degree;

Knowledge in month-end closing;

Experience in service industry is highly preferred;

Experience in software development life cycle and be familiar with software change management process would be an advantage;

Experience in using SAP FICO;

Strong problem solving skills and self-motivation with strong communication skills;

Good command of English; and

Working location in Chek Lap Kok, Lantau
