• Responsible for all general ledgers including Accruals, Income and Expenses Allocation, etc.
  

• Maintain QAD system and ensure a timely month end closing.

• Issue and Manage customers invoicing.

• Issue monthly AR statement to customer.

• Visit and reconcile AR records at customer site at least once per quarter.

• Assist to set up sound internal control process for business transaction.

• Document procedures and continually monitor internal controls.

• Assist finance supervisor in the preparation of monthly and quarterly TRW reports and local statutory financial statements.

• Assist finance controller in the preparation of OPSP and MMF.

• Tax affairs handling, including the related policy implementation.

• Assist Finance Supervisor to handle local audit and government inspections.

• Work closely with other Finance team members to determine priorities and action plans.

Supports any ad hoc requirements by finance controller.
