Main Responsibilities:

• Assist general manager to make financial budget and supervise plan;
• Prepare and submit all kinds of financial statements in time according to the requirements of the company and relevant government departments;
• Register and keep all kinds of subsidiary ledger and general ledger;
• Audit vouchers, check accounts regularly, track and check the general ledger and subsidiary accounts, ensure the company's accounting in line with the requirements of accounting standards, such as the discovery of differences, find out the reasons for differences, deal with the accounting adjustment matters related to the closing;
• Issue invoices correctly and timely, accept and check invoices from suppliers, and verify all kinds of input deducted invoices without overdue;
• Implement the capital budget and control the expenditure within the budget, manage the current account, accounts receivable, payables, fixed assets, intangible assets, monthly calculation and accounting of taxes, expenses, depreciation and other expenses;
• Coordinate with various departments to make the withholding and prepayment of company expenses accurate, and coordinate with the in-process control and management of budget;
• Handling the declaration of various taxes (including VAT declaration, income tax declaration, surtax declaration, customs duties, etc.), payment, check, review, application for tax exemption and tax refund and other matters;
• Independently complete statistical statements, annual corporate income tax final settlement, prepare tax statements and relevant analysis reports;
• Handle tax registration and change, complete internal and external audit and tax inspection of the company;
• Timely collect and update information on the implementation and changes of national tax laws and regulations, timely make corresponding adjustments and countermeasures according to the new policies, and apply and handle preferential tax policies;
• Daily communication and coordination with tax authorities to maintain good relationship between tax enterprises;
• Other works assigned by General Manager.

Requirements:

• Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in financial management, economic management or other related majors, with accounting qualification;
• At least 5 years working experience in taxation, accounting experience in textile industry is preferred;
• Familiar with national tax policy and related laws, with tax coordination management, risk aversion practical experience, and financial analysis ability;
• Strong executive ability, anti-pressure ability, communication and coordination ability, and can effectively carry out cross-departmental collaboration;
• Familiar with accounting statement processing, skilled use of financial software;
• Honesty, integrity, a sense of responsibility, careful and meticulous work, dedication, hard-working, team spirit;
• Fluent in spoken and written English, and proficient in office software.
