Job Description

Description:

Responsible for exceeding revenue and NBO(New Business Opportunity) target in [Hua Dong South West Area], supporting [Test and Measurement] vertical by developing appropriate strategies and execution plan to drive sales of the company product portfolio ?Develop strong relationships with customers and their respective functions, understand customer needs, and translate into solutions Honeywell can fulfill ?Work with sales, marketing, ISC and technology functions to provide service and support to customers, including but not limited to product/application training and application problem solving ?Effectively utilize factory resources to support customer programs/customer satisfaction and to drive new business opportunity (NBO) growth in the region ?Provide strategic guidance and training to authorized distributors on products, markets, customers and applications which are consistent with vertical market objectives ?Assist sales manager in developing and implementing the vertical market growth strategies and initiatives within their territory ?Provide accurate forecast regularly and update SFDC in a timely manner


Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in engineering
? A minimum of 3 years experience in sales (previously direct sales with key account mgt experience)
? Experience in working for MNC's and in matrix organizations
? Experience working in several industries / areas:
1. Constructions, Material Handling, Heavy Duty Vehicle and other Transportation OEMs

2. SWs and Sensors for Transportation (including Constructions, Material Handling and Agriculture)

2. Transmission, and other system / components OEMs for Transportation
3. Automotive Electronics
? Highly motivated and self-confident individual of the highest integrity
? Results-oriented and having a strong sense of ownership
? Ability to develop strong relationships independently with key or new targeted customers and their respective functions, understand customer needs, and translate CTQs into Honeywell solutions to customer!
? Ability to make product introduction and seminar for key customers
? Ability to work successfully in a multi-cultural, global business environment
? Good in English reading and writing, and able to communicate in English orally
? Willingness to travel (approximately 50% - 60%)
