Job Description
The Selling Partner Developer Services team provides a world-class Developer experience that allows Amazon and external Developers to innovate rapidly on behalf of our customers. We provide Developers inside and outside of Amazon a comprehensive API suite and a self-service onboarding experience to simplify app development. We enable Selling Partners to discover Amazon and third-party apps and services to grow their business in the Selling Partner Appstore.
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who will represent Selling Partner Developer Services to new and existing developer partners and provide information to them to create meaningful applications that meet the needs of Selling Partners and Amazon.

Job Responsibilities include:
- Be a business partner for new and existing developer partners, providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their business using SP-API
- Develop a sustainable relationship with key decision makers
- Track and report business development results, analyze data, interpret reports and information.
- Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and potential value that can be delivered by adoption of our APIs.
- Seek feedback on and identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems and tools
- Collaborate with different parts of the Amazon business to implement improvement projects, including working with category teams, product teams and technical support teams
- Effectively prioritize and lead a pipeline of developer partners to utilize a range of APIs

This role requires an individual with an outstanding business acumen, excellent relationship management skills and the ability to deliver results. The ideal candidate knows and loves our customers (internal and external) and will work backwards from the customer to create value.
