Job Description
Event Planning
- Client communication
- Day to day event planning and management: time schedules, briefings, dealing with suppliers, venues, design team, budgets, all client communications including meeting notes, to do list, etc.
- Budget control
- The account manager takes full ownership of the project, either handling all items independently or working with a team to manage all aspects such as production, logistics, budgets and client servicing.
Onsite Delivery
- Client communication
- Onsite responsibility for execution and delivery of projects, management of onsite team, supervision and briefing of any part time staff
Supervise all Post-event evaluations
- Post-event debriefing, notes, development of SOPs (internal, for training and improvement purposes)
- Post-Post-event debriefing with clients
- Budget wrap-up
- Filing and archiving of project
