Job Description
An Account Manager for EYELEVEL is first and foremost the person in charge of client service. To do this they must be highly organized individuals, excellent communicators, planners, presenters, negotiators and team players working closely with our designers, engineers, production mangers, project managers, assembly teams, logistic managers, installation teams and finance department. An Account Manager is the pilot of every project, he / she starts the engine, keeps it running, tanks the fuel and drives the project to its destination in the required quality and time frame.
Account Manager Key Responsibilities
? Client Satisfaction (developing and keeping excellent relationships with all client contacts)
? Communication (keeping client and our teams informed all the time and providing answers to any questions regarding the projects he is responsible for)
? Driving success of projects (receiving proper briefings, creating planning, organizing internal resources, checking quality of all deliverables, creating project cost estimates, controlling profitability of projects)
? Team Management (developing and keeping excellent relationship with all team members and motivating them for high performance)
? Business Development (looking for new business opportunities on existing clients, new clients and winning new projects)
Job Requirements
? Education in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or Interior Design / Architecture preferred.
? Minimum 7 years of experience in Client Service or Account Management and will be advantage if have working experience in supply chain area or retail industry
? Self-motivated, confident team-leader able to motivate all team members to a high performance and excellent quality
? Organized, efficient, structured, focused and goal oriented
? Stress resistant and able to focus under time pressure
? Excellent communication skills for both personal and written interaction with clients
? Convincing presenter
? Able to learn fast specifics about our industry including materials, production processes, retail environments
? Frequent Travel may be required
? Software:
o Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must
o Adobe Acrobat Professional
? Languages:
o English – advanced level required for daily written and verbal communication
o Other languages advantageous
