? Deliver shareholder value by maximizing bookings, sales and collections for assigned customer(s) (including OE and services)
? KMC customer satisfaction for assigned customer(s), working closely with field service team to turn every customer into a reference site (high % availability and customer satisfaction)
? Day to day customer interface / customer intimacy, building and maintaining strong and trusted relationship
? Safety of key account team
? Win Plans for sales and service Opportunities
? Collections and credit management (within business guidelines) for assigned customers
? Owns fleet data for assigned customers (JG and competitors, including domestic competitors) to paint full picture of mine sites
? Is aware of all engagements between customers and the KMC business. Is part of, or uses staff to be part of all interactions with KMC.
? Manages an action plan for each mine site with metrics on closeout of issues
? Key measures – Team Safety, Forecast accuracy, Equipment % availability with assigned customer(s), escape spend with assigned customer(s), collections. These will be compared against other Key Account Executives monthly.

BACKGROUND/背景

• Minimum 3 years customer facing experience

• Technical or business background (with qualifications) in the Mining or Mining Equipment industry

• Experience managing a team of customer facing personnel (preferred)

• Close existing relationships with the assigned customers at multiple levels

• Up to date knowledge of mining techniques and equipment application in the underground environment

• Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing

• Comfortable in using “low context” communication styles for effective communication when dealing with western colleagues (ie – direct communications)

• Demonstrated commitment to working in a matrix type organization where one must work together with peers from other departments to drive business results
