Job Description


An Account Executive for EYELEVEL is first and foremost the person in charge of client service. To do this they must be highly organized individuals, excellent communicators, planners, presenters, negotiators and team players working closely with our designers, CAD engineers, production mangers, roll-out managers, assembly teams, logistic managers, installation teams and finance department. An Account Executive is the pilot of every project. S/he starts the engine, keeps it running, tanks the fuel and drives the project to its destination in the required quality and time frame.


Account Executive Key Responsibilities


? Develop and sustain excellent relationships with all client contacts.

? Provide clear and timely solution oriented communication to external accounts and internal team.

? Take ownership for each project, receive proper briefings, create planning, organize internal resources, check quality of all deliverables, create project cost estimates, control profitability of projects

? Maintain a article list and confirm requirement for each article with client

? keep excellent relationship with all team members

? Look for new business opportunities on existing clients, new clients and win new projects)


Qualifications


? Self-motivated, goal oriented and confident team leader.

? Organized and efficient, with excellent time management skills.

? Critical thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Persuasive presenter

? Detail oriented and able to learn from past experience.

? Able to quickly learn specifics about our industry including materials, production processes, retail environments, etc.


Job Requirements


? Education in Business Management, Architecture, Marketing, or Manufacturing will be plus.

? Minimum 2 years of experience in client services, with background in project management for the retail fixture industry

? Software

o Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must

o Adobe Acrobat Professional

o Adobe CS, Photoshop, CAD, or 3-D rendering experience a plus

o Experience with ERP Software

? Frequent Travel may be required
