Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting duties including preparing petty cash, vouchers, bank reconciliation, account receivable and payable, etc.
  • Assist in month-end closing and prepare regular reports
  • Assist in other clerical works and ad-hoc assignments

Job requirements:

  • Min. 1 year solid experience in Accounting;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
  • Proficiency in using MYOB is a plus;
  • Responsible, independent, detail minded and accurate; and
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent telephone manner

  • 5.5 days’ work per week (Alternative Saturday after probation period)
