Elan is a provider of English language arts training services for children aged 3-15 in China. The first Elan school opened its doors in March 2013. Presently, there are 20 Elan schools operating in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Foshan. In early 2016, Elan School was acquired by Country Garden Education Group (now rebranded as Bright Scholar Education Group, a publicly-listed company on the NYSE), one of China's largest education providers, serving over 30,000 students and employing 60,000 staff members.


Academic Coordinator/ Curriculum Developer
- Responsibilities: The Academic Coordinator will deliver and document training activities and assist in curriculum development under the supervision of the Academic Manager. Key responsibilities include designing and developing curricula for students aged from 3 – 16 based on the direction and supervision of the region’s Academic Manager, delivering and documenting training activities liaising on instructional design, assisting HR with staff recruitment, and conducting meetings as needed, completing other tasks assigned by the Academic Director.
- Work Location: Winterless Center, Dawang Rd., Chaoyang District, Beijing (work at the head office in Beijing)
- Start Date: Immediate/ October of 2024
- Working Hours: 9:00AM – 6:00PM, Monday – Friday

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: RMB 20,000 - 28,000
- Performance Bonus: RMB 3,000/ month (in addition to the monthly salary)

Requirements
1. Experience: Curriculum designing experience
2. Language: Native English speakers
3. Skills: Proficient in using Adobe InDesign and other office software, strong interpersonal and communications skills
4. Adaptability: Able to understand and adapt to Chinese culture and the working environment of Chinese companies
5. High self-motivation with strong personal drive and initiative
