Presently, the owner is leading the set up of the IB Curriculum, want to provide GREAT education experience to all the students.

This candidate will be in charge of:

• Curriculum Design and Application. Working together with Chinese Academic People to design and develop the curriculum for the Kindergarten;

• IB PYP methodology application. Leading the IB PYP teaching method application and IB PYP Certification Application (If Needed).

• Teacher Management. In charge of teacher hiring, management and teacher development. Make sure the teaching employees keep a good perform standard.

• Counselling.

• Other responsibility that could enhance the kindergarten to develop.
