Job Description and Requirements:
Basics:
Native or Near Native English Speaker
Interest in Chinese culture and language
A passion for teaching and good communication skills

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, the equivalent, or above
An Education degree is a bonus
Working experience is preferred, but not necessary
Good ability to motivate students is a positive

Working contract:
One academic year
Working Hours per week: maximum of 18 periods, 45 minutes each
Working days per week: Monday to Friday

Student body: High school students attending Universities and Colleges outside of China after grade 12
Small class size of around 25 students

Salary and Benefits:

Monthly salary range:
6500-8000 RMB for academic English teachers
6500-12000 RMB for subject teachers
Free accommodation at the school, fully furnished apartment
International travel reimbursement up to 8400 RMB
Insurance, including medical and accidental
Overtime pay with extra work periods, 70-250 RMB per period
Initial training in the program

If successful, we will offer a confirmation letter and sample contract, then guide you through applying for a Z-visa to enter China. You will need to pay for the flight ticket to Nanchang and will be reimbursed in compliance with the contract.
