Job Duties:

Facilitating the work of the Academic Department

• Support the needs of Academic Director

• Make arrangement for Academic Director business trip

• Be able to travel with Academic Director when the work is in need

• Prepare Handouts for meetings/presentations

• Translation of materials: power point presentations, handouts if needed

• Transcribing documents

• Communicating with instructors and principals

• Attending training sessions and providing interpretation/translation as needed

• Interpretation during campus visits

Administration

• Answering calls and handling queries then communicating information to Academic Director

• Maintain communication between the Academic Director and other parties, e.g. principals

• Provide assistance in prepare documents and reports (Internal – Reimbursement, Documents from campus and External;-AMS, MACTE)

• Translation of documents/forms as required

• Update training center material and equipment inventory

• Regular interpretation/translation needed to support the work of the training in campuses

• Facilitating the relationship between Academic and supporting departments

Planning

• Organizing resources for meetings(internal and external)
  

Job requirements:

• Bachelor or above degree, with major in administration, English are preferred

• Strong interpretation and translation skills

• Flexibility to be able to work on different projects simultaneously

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail

• Possess excellent customer service skills

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Demonstrate a high level of administrative and computer skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Must be bilingual in Chinese/English
