88JOBS is recruiting an Art Director to join a very famous video game studio in Shanghai.

• 提供概念和技巧展示
• 全程参与设计流程，并确保交付结果符合各方期望
• 在工作流程中灌输最佳实践

• Manage Junior and Senior Artists of different art disciplines on exciting new game projects
• Participation in hunting and nurturing new and high potential talents
• Focus on setting the vision and planning the development
• Demonstrating concepts and technologies
• Participation in the design process to ensure the delivery results to conform to the expectations of the parties
• Instilling best practices in the work process
• Leading the team and developing team collaboration and cohesion

• 本科学历以上，艺术，平面设计及相关专业优先，拥有丰富的专业知识
• 精通3D软件包（Maya，3Ds Max，Photoshop，Zbrush，Substance Painter / Designer等）的使用和PBR工作流程，具有游戏编辑器的工作经验
• 熟悉用户体验，明确当前需求并能预测未来趋势
• 至少10年工作经验和至少4年团队领导经验
• 热爱游戏设计与开发，保持工作高效率，善于自我和团队的时间管理
• 有团队组织能力与合作能力，善于沟通
• 中英双语流利者优先

• Bachelor degree minimum, Arts, Graphic Design or related major with rich specialized knowledge
• Excellent experience in the use of 3D packages (Maya, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, Zbrush, Substance Painter/Designer, etc.) and the PBR work process with the experience working within game editors
• Good understanding of user experience, clarify current needs and predict future trends
• More than 10 years of work experience and more than 4 years of team leadership experience
• Passionate about game design and development, keeping work efficient with a good understanding of time management
• Excellent team organization and cooperation skills, good at communication
• The priority of English fluent person
