Job Description
Position Description: Lenovo Upsell Services team is looking for a APOS Sales Admin to cover following responsibilities: \- Create custom solution for After Point of sales opportunities (creating custom Part numbers) \- Actively consulting and providing offers of Lenovo Services products to customers/partners (providing information of warranties - consulting what is the best choice) \- Actively work with APOS sales team to identify potential APOS sales opportunities \- Provide custom solution for warranty services, preparing report by facilitating appropriate services and created offers to buyers regarding products. (Creating report from serial numbers/customer’s ID provided and offer possibilities for further upgrades including pricing) \- Track and categorize customer communications & order life cycle (checking custom Part numbers and if they were sold) \- Cooperating with other teams to provide info of new services, giving information/approval to registration team to process purchased warranties \- Work closely with Telesales and Warranty registration teams to optimize APOS sales processes You will be reporting to Senior Services and Marketing Manager in this role. #### Position Requirements: \- 3+ years of experience in sales support environment, ideally within an IT corporate \- Fluent English (written, verbal, interpersonal) \- Excellent communication & collaboration skills \- Highly organized and effective, able to demonstrate an ability to priorities workloads, and personal time management \- A good working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel \- Team player attitude Base gross monthly salary from 1500 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings Lenovo is an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
