APAC, Project Manager (Retail & In-House)

Job Description

Our client is a well-known global retail apparel brand and a market leader in it's industry, currently searching for an APAC, Project Manager for their Store development and delivery function.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategic planning of the brand's APAC expansions and store renovations function
  • Cost analysis management to make sure projects are within the market range and ultimately within the approved budget
  • Leading regional execution team to ensure the progress and the quality of the project life cycle
  • Project execution and attend regular site meetings with external parties for significant projects
  • Manage full spectrum of the project development including the post-project analysis for future improvement feasibility studies

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project management or Construction management or relevant discipline
  • At least 7 years of experience in Retail/Luxury retail at managerial level or above
  • Experience in managing full cycle from budgeting, planning, scheduling to relationship management with external parties
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
