Key Accountabilities:
Lead the CRM strategy for the APAC region including being the voice of the region for future global development and system enhancement, e.g. One Donaldson CRM
In partnership with APAC Business Leaders, champions the adoption and use of CRM throughout the region to improve sales performance
Responsible for leading the implementation and launch of CRM for all Business Units throughout the region in alignment with business strategy and prioritization
Provides ongoing training and troubleshooting support to all users within the region to ensure user proficiency and system effectiveness
Establishes a partnership with Entity/Business Unit Management to understand & collect business needs. Proposes and implements best practice solutions and business process improvement initiatives in system
Collect the internal needs and communicate with DCI on CRM system application architecture design, implementation, extended development related work, including system design, technical architecture, detailed design, unit testing and integration testing, etc.
Complete the acceptance of DCI or third-party development module on CRM system.
Provide regular reports and ad-hoc reports / data analysis to line manager or business partners with basic insights upon request
Regularly analyzes and tracks customer performance and provides valuable insights with various data analysis means for CRM action enhancement
Can coordinate with all involved parties to collect response data for tracking or post analysis
Daily manage available data tools for customer data improvement and reports generation
Keep an eye on CRM activities by other competitors or other industries in market for reference
Defend CRM budgets and manage project budgets. Set clear KPIs to ensure campaign assessment
Ensure respect of legislation regarding Internet user's privacy
Explore opportunities of new technology application in CRM
Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree with computer science is required, with a quantitative discipline (typically statistics, mathematics, econometrics, economics, operations research) second degree is a plus
2. Deep understanding of CRM database or analytics tool, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, SAP and Oracle system
3. Hands on experiences with CRM system configuration and development
4. Strong ability of system analysis, design, process improvement and problem solving
5. Understand business strategies and needs, in-depth understand of main business processes (Sales, Marketing and back office Processes)
6.Deep understanding of data analysis in commercial business

8.Positive team player, can work independently and multi-tasking under high working pressure
9.Excellent project management skill
10.Good communication skills
11.Minimum 10 years Microsoft Dynamics CRM development, implementation experiences
12.Experiences of project management in large global commercial business, with customer/marketing/product analysis experiences is preferred
13.Fluent in speaking, reading, writing & listening both in English and Mandarin
14. Proficient in Microsoft office software (Excel, PPT, Outlook and Word).
