Job Summary
 
Working as part of the APAC Area Relationship Management team this experienced, highly motivated leader will be responsible for the enablement of Cloud solutions across APAC Service Lines.  The candidate will work collaboratively across business and technology to deliver innovative, responsive and efficient, revenue generating technology solutions.
 
The APAC Delivery Enablement lead will engage with the APAC business to understand their needs and then work collaboratively across all EY Technology (EYT) to implement the most appropriate technical solution based on alignment to EYT strategic goals, regional fit and cost/time expectations.
Responsibilities
  • Understand
    • EYT technology options and solutions.
    • EYT Client Technology operate model.
    • Service Line plans and activities with respect to technology implementation.
    • Regulatory challenges and opportunities in APAC.
    • Roadmaps for EWT Compute Services.
    • Roadmaps for CT Client Technology Platform (CTP).
    • APAC Market dynamics for Cloud solutions.
  • Partner with Compute Services and CTP teams to enable the delivery of solutions for APAC businesses.
  • Communicate
    • EYT Cloud strategy to APAC business.
    • APAC opportunities, concerns and needs to CTP and Compute Services Teams.
    • CTP and Compute Services roadmaps to APAC EY technology leadership.
  • Build in partnership with Compute Services and CTPE
    • An APAC wide, country by country overview of Cloud options (e.g. Azure and alternative vendors) based on Microsoft presence in the area.
    • Country by country details of regulatory restrictions, considerations and concerns.
    • A country by country roadmap to enable Cloud usage (e.g. technology enhancements needed to support cloud e.g. network needs).
  • Operate
    • Ensure any business or user escalations are properly managed by the appropriate teams.
  • Identify business opportunities and share them with Compute/CTPE teams.
  • Facilitate the connection between business and EY Technology and ensure clear ownership of strategy on the Technology side (including other future cloud vendors e.g. AWS, Alibaba, Google, IBM etc.).
  • Manage EYT budget process for Cloud and CTP solutions in APAC.
  • Track project expenditure.
  • Work with Regional ARM leads to ensure country “on prem” data centres have HW roadmaps matched to future project plans and regional capacity needs.

  • Develop a culture of speed, accuracy and efficiency.
