Responsibilities:
1) Pre-Sales support:
- Conduct product demonstration in conjunction with our sales team.
- Provide post-demonstration reports to the customer.
- Write applications note in the relevant XRF & XRD market.
- Work with sales and product management on any XRF & XRD application issue.
- Be the technical reference on XRF & XRD equipment configuration.
2) Sales Support:
Travel with Sales Team to customer sites during the sales process to provide technical support. Present data to customers to support solution based sales approaches. Participate in trade shows exhibits, advertising of equipment, writing and presenting papers/posters at scientific conferences or in journals.
3) Post Sales support:
Training and calibration support to include; development of training material, technical phone and web support and training of customers and service personnel on equipment and software operation, applications, methods and techniques.
Desired Skills and Experience
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- BA or BS degree in Chemistry, Geology or Physics; strong preference for Geology background with Master degree
- At least 3+ years of experience with instrumental analytical analysis techniques, with a strong experience for XRF or XRD is necessary.
- Excellent reporting and writing skills in English.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong polished presentation and product training skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present information and data through live, web or telephone communication venues
- Proven customer dedication
- Fully committed, involved and result oriented
