Amazon Growth Partner – Proven Best Seller Expert

Location: Remote (Initial 3 Months) Then Hangzhou, China

We are seeking a business partner, not an employee. If you have a proven track record of launching and maintaining Amazon #1 best sellers, this is your chance to collaborate with Hi-Spec® Tools and share in the profits. Your role will focus on strategic leadership and hands-on execution to drive growth across our Amazon storefront. From managing Amazon Seller Central to scaling ad campaigns and developing organic marketing strategies, you will be critical in shaping our B2C e-commerce success.

You’ll lead a team of Amazon experts, media creatives, and marketers, while directly reporting to company leadership. Your performance will be measured by the success of your strategy, and profit-sharing will reflect your contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Scale Amazon Listings to Best Sellers: Use your expertise to develop, optimize, and drive Amazon listings to top rankings and sales positions.
Team Leadership for Continued Success: Manage and guide a team to maintain Amazon Choice and Best Seller badges, ensuring sustained product success and growth.
Advertising Mastery: Optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, drive ROI, and increase visibility and conversions across all ad types.
Organic Growth Strategy: Implement effective organic marketing tactics to improve product visibility, ranking, and sales performance.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay up to date with marketplace trends, competitor activity, and new marketing opportunities to keep our offerings competitive and fresh.
Profit-Driven Focus: Track and meet key performance metrics related to sales growth and profitability. Generate data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications:

Amazon Best Seller Experience: At least 3 years of success managing Amazon listings, ad campaigns, and driving products to the top of their category.
Team Leadership with Proven Results: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team with a proven track record of maintaining Amazon Choice and Best Seller badges.
PPC Advertising Expertise: Mastery of Amazon’s PPC landscape, optimizing campaigns to maximize visibility, traffic, and sales growth.
Data-Driven Marketing: Strong analytical skills to track marketplace performance and continuously improve results based on data insights.
Familiarity with Tools & Platforms: Experience with advertising management software like SELLOZO or equivalent to streamline ad operations and improve campaign outcomes.
Proven Sales Leadership: Ability to manage significant marketing budgets and deliver measurable, profitable sales growth.
