B2C E-Commerce Account Manager (Experienced)
Location: Remote for First 3 Months, then Hangzhou, China | Full-Time
Trial Period & Metrics:
The role begins with a 3-month remote trial period, during which you will be required to meet key performance metrics related to marketplace management, advertising efficiency (TACOS), and total sales. Upon successful completion, the position will transition to our head office in Hangzhou, China.
Position Overview:
As the B2C E-Commerce Account Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution for our Amazon store, including managing Amazon Seller Central, optimizing advertising campaigns, and driving growth through organic marketing. You will collaborate closely with a team of Amazon specialists, media creatives, and copywriters, while reporting to the Amazon Operations Director and Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve efficiency across TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales).
Develop and implement organic marketing strategies to improve product visibility and sales across our Amazon listings.
Use expert knowledge of PPC advertising to drive targeted traffic and increase conversions.
Stay updated on all Amazon marketing features, campaign types, best practices, and trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and strategies.
Monitor marketplace trends and competitor activity to stay competitive in the market.
Use tools such as SELLOZO or similar platforms to streamline advertising management and improve campaign outcomes.
Generate daily performance reports, weekly sales summaries, and monthly insights for ongoing product improvement.
Track and meet KPI targets, including profitability metrics and overall sales performance.
Oversee marketplace operations, including customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Amazon advertising campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon organic marketing and best practices for driving growth.
Proven expertise in PPC advertising on Amazon and its various campaign tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketplace data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Familiarity with advertising management software such as SELLOZO (or equivalent).
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of managing significant marketing budgets and achieving sales goals.
