Besides our comprehensive Social compliance programs we also provide services ranging from training to special investigations covering labor law, human rights, freedom of association and environmental practices to mostly American and European clients.

ALGI is looking for a talented and motivated CSR auditor for a our Shanghai office!

Position Summary:

Conduct audits and produce reports on each engagement, document all findings, making photocopies of all relevant documents to support the findings.

Review documents provided by the local factory and make judgment based on the provided guidance book.

Work with operation and client service on audit set up.

Assure the consistency of audit approach, reporting and work quality.

Perform special audits for clients attending audits, pilot programs or onsite training if required.

Report review and technical advise.

Job assigned by superior.

Qualifications:

• University degree
• 大学本科学历
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience of conducting social compliance audits
• 至少5年社会责任审核经验
• Qualified auditor on BSCI, WRAP and/or SMETA
• 具有BSCI,WRAP 和/或SMETA资质
• Good level of written English and fluent in Chinese. (Taiwanese as second language would be appreciated)
• 良好的英文书写和流利的中文（会讲闽南语***）
• Good computer skills
• 良好的电脑技能

Show high ethical standards, strong communication and presentation skills as well as ability to work independently and willing to travel up to 2/3 a month

具有高度的道德标准，良好的沟通表达能力和独立工作能力，愿意经常出差。
