SUMMARY

Responsible for all financial and controlling aspects of the country, should guarantee the accuracy of the financial information and will play the role of coordinator with the other departments of the country and the point of reference with regional and group finance team in HQ.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of month-end closing process. Monitor and analyze monthly results against budget and forecasts
• Share information and performances with country GM and other departments of AMQ China
• Ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or IFRS
• Organize and manage the budget and forecast construction
• Internal control enhancement
• Provide support on financial analyses, in particular for new projects’ financial evaluation, pricing and contracts
• Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
• Support for local auditors during the year-end activities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree holder or above in Finance or related discipline
• Professional accountancy qualification ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
• Hands-on and self-motivated
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with retail MNC preferred
• Well-organized, excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong business sense and ability to dig deep to understand the business performance drivers
• Creative, proactive and able to work within a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
