AIR EXPORT MANAGER 空运出口经理


Your Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales team, agents, service vendor, airlines and counterpart in China and overseas to ensure effective process management. 与销售团队, 海外代理, 航司及服务供应商紧密合作, 确保空运出口工作顺利展开。

  • Drive for continuous improvement and convert it into operational deliverable with qualitative and quantitive KPI measurement to support company directions. Ensure total customer and overseas sales offices satisfaction in quality and on-time-delivery. 致力于不断改善提高出口工作, 并落实到所领导团队的日常工作中, 通过定性定量的KPI考核管理, 支持公司订立的发展目标。确保客户和海外销售部门对出口服务质量和准时交货的满意度。

  • Formulate functional tactical plan and resources forecasting, appraise performance, resolve problems and address customers and staffing needs. Act and answer promptly for emergency among cross-different time zones. 制定出口业务发展计划, 预测资源需求情况, 评估员工绩效, 解决工作中的突发问题, 处理客户及员工的需求。及时迅速的回应跨时区紧急需求。

  • Prepare various trade lanes tariff and direct the team number make quotation for sales office and target agents. Collaborate with sales team and overseas agent, explore new business opportunity and profitability through the provision of dedicated proactive and customized service solutions. 制定不同航线的公布价格, 指导团队成员对海外销售团队和目标代理公司的报价工作。与销售团队和海外代理合作, 通过提供专注、主动、定制式的服务, 挖掘新的业务机会和盈利增长。

  • Work with external and internal functions to support sales process of company product, solution design, service support, complaint, service recovery and be the team member of key account management.与外部供应商及内部团队合作, 支持公司产品的开发设计及销售, 做好服务支持、投诉应对及服务改进工作, 并承担大客户管理团队成员工作。

  • Support sales team in Tender and RFQ process for new and existing business. Procure locally and negotiate with identified carriers and service vendors to ensure rate and service competitiveness. Continual review of current and potential carriers and service vendors to achieve the maximization of revenues, cost leadership and biz growth objectives. 对销售团队现有的和潜在的投标及RFQ工作提供支持, 与认可的航司和服务供应商谈判以取得有竞争力的服务和价格。持续检讨现有和潜在的航司及服务供应商, 实现收入最大化, 成本领先以及业务增长的目标。

  • Facilitate knowledge and best practice sharing and coaching between team and functions. 主动获取工作及行业相关的知识和动态, 与团队和相关部门分享并辅导团队更新业务知识。

  • Train and coach team mumber on their daily tasks with particular emphasis on processes and systems, understand policies and implement SOP to ensure their performance is aligned to stipulated standars and company policies. 培训和指导团队按照规定的流程和标准完成日常工作和系统工作, 理解公司政策并执行SOP 。

  • Back up for team members when necessary. 必要时做同事的后备。

  • Other tasks assigned by direct manager or senior leader. 直属经理或上级领导安排的其他任务。


We Expect

  • Minimum 3-year management experience, and +6 years air export experience in similar position of forwarder industry, bachelors degree holder or above. Being able to communicate with overseas offices and agents in English effectively, oral and written. 有6年以上空运出口经验以及最少3年以上相关管理岗位经验, 本科或以上学历。能够与海外公司以英语口语和书面方式高效沟通。

  • Comprehansive knowledge and understanding of local market environment. Good communication skills and strong business sense, able to communicate with internal team members and customers (internal and external), suppliers from different background culture effectively. 对于本地空运出口市场有较为全面的了解。有商业意识和良好的沟通技巧, 能与内部团队成员, 以及不同行业和文化背景的客户(内部和外部)高效流畅沟通。

  • Strong management and leadership skill, able to analyse and solve problem independently under pressure. 有很强的管理和领导能力, 能够在压力下独立分析和解决问题。

  • Highly self-motivated, liable, good integrity positive attitude at work. 对工作有很强的进取心, 责任心强, 有良好的敬业精神。
