1) Improve the accuracy of user intent recognition of Al customer service robots through high-quality language annotations, providing the basis for the training of artificial intelligence models;
2) Identify the problems existing in the interaction between the customer and the robot analyze the relevant data, the regularly generated chatbot capability report, and continuously improve the accuracy of the algorithm model, customer satisfaction and chatbot service level;
3) Cooperate with relevant functional teams, responsible for annotation requirements negotiation, standard creation and project's comprehensive workflow, formulate BPO annotation assessment process and specifications, improve annotation efficiency and accuracy, improve annotation tools and processes;
4) Responsible for the maintenance of the knowledge base, assess the algorithm recognition ability, and constantly identify new scenarios of consumer problems;
5) Propose robot function optimization points, docking and coordination of different team communication and coordination of product and operation resources, and constantly optimize the consumer service experience in the robot stage.

Requirements
1) Bachelor degree or above, Chinese or English can be the working language, familiar with overseas culture;
2) any one of the following languages to reach C1 and above: Finnish, Swedish, Romanian, Arabic, Danish, Norwegian, Magyar, Slovenian, Bulgarian, Estonian, Latvian, Croatian, Lithuanian, Zulu;
3) good logical analysis and judgment ability, excellent execution, good communication, recording, expression ability.
