• Improve/support on the new production process developing;
• Improve the quality and efficiency with equipment development on software development;
• Work together with cross function & supplier on the new equipment developing;
• Troubleshoot electromechanical problems, install and perform unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance

on equipment based on customer demand or need.

• Facilitate the transfer of technology to the manufacturing operations team.
• Ensure the development and operational compliance of all safety, health, and security policies/procedures in coordination with company requirements.
• Participate in and enforce EHS practices and training.
• Other work assigned by supervisor

岗位要求：

• BS in Electronics/Mechatronics/Automation Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing environment; experience including electrical and mechnical part is an advantage.
• Expert knowledge of standard procedures and practices used in daily operations.
• Familar with the adjusting and maitainance of the printing machine,well experienced in troubleshooting.
• Experience in start-up organization within technology area.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects over wide range of priorities and focus is required.
• Must be able to support Six Sigma programs focused on throughput and profit improvements.

Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certifications is a plus.
