1. 主要职责 Main Responsibility:

1）开发和设计具有CATIA V5Team的产品；

Development and design products with Catia V5-SmartTeam.

2）负责项目中的相关事宜（从最初报价到批量生产）；

Self-responsibility of projects (from initial quotation phase until start of serial production) .

3）在矩阵式组织中调控核心成员；

Control of the core team in a matrix organization.

4）项目市场化管理；

Market-oriented management of the projects.

5）独立应对客户项目；

Independent control of customer projects.

6）与公司内部其他部门的协调与合作 ；

Coordination and cooperation with other internal departments.

7）完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务。

Undertake tasks assigned by leaders.

2. 上岗条件 Qualification:

1） 本科及以上 Bachelor degree or above

2）电子或机电工程 Elec. or Mechatronics engineering

3）3年以上汽车行业工作经验 Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive field

4）有设计或机械电子工程方面的技术基础

Technical basic knowledge in the fields of design, or mechanical and electronic engineering

具有良好的项目管理核心流程知识

Very good knowledge of the core processes of project management

具有良好的项目执行知识

Very good knowledge in the execution of projects until the series introduction

熟练应用办公软件

Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft Project

5）良好英语沟通能力

Good English communication skills

能适应几个月的国外培训

Able to travel several months abroad for training
