Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all administrative functions, and ensure office 5S is in good condition;

  • Manage security system, including access control system and monitoring system;

  • Manage canteen& cleaning service,

    • daily 6S checking to ensure food safety; provide gourmet festival, buffet and special snacks on holiday season;

    • Conduct regular survey with internal clients to keep improving quality of services;

  • Manage shuttle bus service and update itinerary upon request;

  • Manage reception service including: badge& meal card database maintaining , mail receiving& Delivering , public stationary mgt, and company switchboard update;

  • Work with MRO team on supplier review and bidding, and update SOW yearly;

  • Other assigned HSE activities and miscellaneous Tasks:

    • Update Canteen Hygiene Permit and Hazardous waste Transfer records in related government;

    • Support on ISO14001&OHSAS18001 audit yearly;

    • Company meeting logistic arrangements upon request;

    • Work with communication team on company events, such as Family Day/Annual Dinner/Celebration Day;

    • Review and apply EBP for all ADM and facility expenses;


Qualifications Required:


  • 3+ years’ experience in ADM management in MNC

  • Fluent in Written& Spoken English

  • Good communication skill with customer orientation mindset
