Key Responsibilities主要职责

  • Responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverages in Coffee House and Cake Shop.

    要全面负责监督、计划、控制及协调有关西餐厅及西点房的各项活动。

  • Supervise and direct waiters/waitresses to conduct preparation and service. Coordinates with kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions.

    指导员工的准备、服务工作。与厨房协调好当日或每月的特色菜及推荐菜。

  • Performs duties common to all captains or waiters and other duties as may be assigned.

完成好本职工作及完成上级布置的其它工作。

  • Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks for reference.

    记录并保存销售额,客人的投拆、解决办法及所涉及的人员和设备方面的细节。

  • Ensure adequate of supplies, materials, and requisition for general supplies.

    确保有足够的用品,并申请所需采购的物品。

  • Ensure employees properly carry out side duties.

    确保员工完成好临时性的工作。

  • Participates in daily briefings and monthly communication meetings to discuss various aspects of food service and preparation.

    参加每天的晨会和每月的交流会议,总结并讨论服务及工作的准备情况。

  • Monitors and supervises service flow in the restaurant.

    监督并指导餐厅员工的服务情况。

  • Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.

    确保所有设备和家具处于良好的工作状态。

  • Ensure good general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working areas.确保餐厅的干净、整洁。

  • Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding food and services

    关注客人对服务及饭菜的投拆,要求及需求。

  • Trains personnel according to established procedures; Conducts orientation of all new employees and ongoing training of all staff.

    尽快使新员工熟悉饭店,就饭店的规章制度对员工进行培训。

  • Ensure grooming and general appearance of staff conforms to Hotel standards

    确保员工保持良好的仪容仪表。

  • Makes frequent suggestions to Management in reference to restaurant general operation and F&B promotion.

    向领导提出建议,以提高工作效率、增加销售额。

  • Establishes effective employee relations and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees. 建立良好人事关系,在工作中树立良好的工作形象,给饭店的客人、客户、部门经理及员工以专业化及热情服务的美好印象。
