岗位职责

Responsibility:

? Develop and validate immunoassays and cell-based assays to detect and quantify large molecule, biologics, neutralizing antibodies and antibody-drug conjugates in preclinical drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics studies.
? Build a team to design, develop, and validate the immunoassays such as enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), meso scale discovery (MSD), luminex, immunogenicity assays. Write and review study protocols and reports for assay development, validation and analysis.
? Supervise and train laboratory staff.
? Interact with clients in planning study proposals and quotations in response to client requests.
? Maintain close and effective communications with clients and report study progress in a timely manner.
任职要求

? A Ph.D.(3-6 year working experience) or MS(10-15 year working experience) degree in pharmaceutical sciences, immunology, Biochemistry, Biology, Immunoassays, or a related field with 3-15 years of industrial experience in pharmaceutical and biotechnological companies, or contract research organizations.
? Industrial experience in assay development for large molecules quantitation in support of preclinical studies in drug metabolism (DM), pharmacokinetics (PK), toxicokinetics (TK), pharmacodynamics (PD), anti-drug antibody (ADA) and vaccine.
? Hands-on experience with ligand binding and cell-based assays in support of biologics and vaccine development in drug discovery and development.
? Experience with protein quantitation using LC-MS/MS platform is a plus
? Demonstrate capability and confidence to build, train and lead a group
? Good interpersonal communication skills, and excellent oral and written English skills
