2. Good ability to draft email/survey/brochure for different stakeholders (tutor/ALP programme leader, etc.)

3. With strong sense of responsibility and independence on the work

4. Be innovative and flexible to improve working process and quality

5. Good command of both English and Chinese, spoken and written

6. Proficient in using office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
