Responsibilities：

1. Provide individualized behavioral management and learning support services under the supervision of lead behavior therapist, in both school and clinical settings on a 1:1 basis to children with various learning challenges. ?

2. Select and modify instructional resources to meet the needs of students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs.

3. Provide assistance in group treatment/inter-disciplinary treatment services.

4. Keep clients motivated to learn.

5. Collaborate effectively with parents, teachers, therapists, and administrators.

6. Accurately completes all required documentation and data collection.

7. Maintain high level of professionalism including confidentiality. ?

8. Maintain a flexible schedule with students during school day. ?

9. Willingness to provide services in a variety of settings.

10 Participate in in-service training programs as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology or related field (preferred).

2. Have a background in Applied Behavior Analysis and/or managing challenging behaviors with children (preferred).

3. Have previous experience working with children with special needs (preferred).

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: spoken and written.

5. Good English skills: spoken and written.

6. With the certificate of RBT/BCaBA/BCBA/BCBA-D is preferred.
