Bilingual Physics Teacher（ASAP）
Responsibilities include teaching A-Level physics courses in English.
1. Strictly adhere to the teaching plan and syllabus, organize course content effectively, and prepare teaching plans and lesson plans.
2. Manage course materials such as slides and multimedia teaching aids. Laboratory classes will have materials prepared by lab technicians, but teachers are responsible for preparing the list of experimental materials and maintaining classroom discipline.
3. Take charge of lecturing (instructing), tutoring, answering questions, and grading assignments.
4. Be responsible for managing and supervising classroom and self-study discipline, overseeing attendance checks, monitoring student attendance, and ensuring a normal teaching order.
5. Oversee the assessment of the course, promptly grade students' work, and perform analysis on the results.
6. Additionally, carry out other assigned teaching tasks.

Recruitment Criteria:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time university (postgraduate degrees and doctorates preferred, with priority given to graduates from key national universities, "985" or "211" projects, and outstanding undergraduates).
2. Possess a solid academic background and excellent professional qualities in the subject area. Familiarity with international curricula such as IGCSE/A-Level or teaching experience with outstanding achievements is advantageous.
3. Teachers must hold a valid teaching certificate.
4. It is beneficial to have a psychological counseling certificate level C or higher; if not, the school can arrange for its acquisition.
5. Other requirements: good health, strong overall quality, positive image and demeanor, team spirit and cooperative awareness, agreement with international educational concepts, and passion for the educational profession.

运用英语进行A-Level课程体系的物理学科教学
1．严格遵循教学计划和教学大纲规定，合理组织课程教学内容，撰写教学计划与教案。
2．负责课程幻灯片、多媒体课件等教学手段。实验课有实验员准备材料，实验材料清单需由教师准备，课堂纪律需求教师管理。
3．负责课程的主讲（指导）、辅导、答疑、批改作业。
4．负责课堂纪律、自习纪律的管理和督促检查考勤工作，掌握学生出勤情况，保证正常的教学秩序。
5．负责主持该课程的考核，并及时评定学生成绩，做好成绩分析工作。

招聘条件
1. 学历：普通全日制大学本科及以上。（硕士、博士优先，部属师范院校或“985”、“211”重点大学的研究生或优秀本科生优先）。
2. 具备扎实深厚的学科专业背景和优秀的专业素养。 熟悉IGCSE/A-level等国际课程或有任教经历且业绩突出者优先。
3. 教师岗位需具有教师资格证书。
4. 有心理C证及以上者为佳，未有者学校可组织获取。
5. 其它：身体健康，综合素质强、形象气质佳，具有团队精神与合作意识，认同国际教育理念，热爱教育事业。
