Compensation:

Hourly rate of 300-500 RMB (approximately 43-71 USD) per class.
Transportation allowance of 100 RMB (approximately 14 USD) per session.
Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging English classes for children aged 3-10. Our R&D team has developed a wealth of teaching materials, but teachers must prepare thoroughly for each class to ensure high-quality instruction.
Collaborate closely with the teaching assistant to monitor student skill development and encourage them to tackle higher-level challenges.
You are encouraged to develop your own teaching style within the school’s educational framework.
Requirements:

Native English speakers only.
No prior teaching experience is required, but a professional attitude is essential.
Willingness to commit to long-term employment in the city (at least 2 years); frequent job-hopping is not preferred.
A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Must have no criminal record.
