Job Description

• Use fluent English to provide customers with efficient, professional and enthusiastic online consulting services, answer their questions about products, orders, shipping, goods returns or exchanges, etc.
• Handle customer complaints and suggestions, resolve conflicts in a timely manner through effective communication to improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist company to collect customers’ feedback and provide valuable suggestions for the optimization of products and services.

Job Requirements:
• Proficient in English and have fluent English communication skills.
• Have a strong sense of service and be able to communicate with customers patiently and friendly.
• Have good adaptability and be able to get customers’ issues solved quickly and effectively.
• Applicants who are familiar with cross-border e-commerce or have experience in customer service in priority.
