Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research and analysis, develop sales strategies and policies;
2. Responsible for brand building and promotion of the enterprise;
3. Responsible for the sales of all products in the company, including receiving customer orders, tracking delivery dates, and arranging shipments;
4. Possess certain market analysis and judgment abilities, and have a good customer service awareness;
5. Develop new customers and maintain existing ones, complete monthly and annual sales targets;
6. Timely grasp customer demand information and expand key customer relationships:

Job requirements:
1. More than 1 year of marketing experience in semiconductor electronic components, able to independently visit and explore new customers
2. Proficient in Chinese, English, and Russian
3. Familiar with the electronic industry market (including overseas), with industry customer resources preferred;
4. Possess strong service awareness and business processing skills, good at communication and coordination;
5. Serious and responsible in work, able to endure hardship, able to withstand strong pressure, and possessing good teamwork spirit.
